You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.
Step 4: Bank in payment
We only accept payment to Maybank account no. 562889002339 payable to Simply Mine. You can by using either Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience. Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear. Please e-mail us the transaction date and amount after your successful transaction. Items will NOT be proceed if you do not e-mail us the payment details.
Step 5: Wait for your Product
We will email the tracking code of the shipment for your reference. Delivery time frame is usually 3 - 10 working days after successful payment, depending on postage method and postage location.
We ONLY use Pos Malaysia or PosLaju in view of potential reliability and handling issues. We care about our customers.
Customers will have to afford the postal charges. All prices shown are not inclusive postal charges.

RM 8.00 (3-4 items)
If the items you purchased which are heavier, we will weigh it and inform you whether you need to pay a little extra.
When will your items arrive?
You can expect your items to arrive within 3-7 working days or earlier.
1) All customers will be treated on first-come, first-served basis UPON PAYMENT RECEIVED AND WHILE STOCKS LAST.
2) Kindly bear in mind that the colour of actual items might vary slightly than it is displayed over the net due to monitor resolution or lighting differences. Customers purchase at their own risk.
3) Items are considered sold once payment has been made. Items sold are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
4) Refund will ONLY be carried out in the situation which payment was made but items are out of stock and cannot be replenished.
5) Prices are fixed and only bulk buyers' price is negotiable.
6) All items are new and assured of its good condition prior posting. We will not be liable for items which are lost or damaged during posting caused by the courier company.
